My stay at the hotel had both pros and cons. The rooms were unhygienic, dirty, and uncomfortable to stay in, which was unexpected for a 4-star hotel in Vienna. On the positive side, the location was convenient with great transport links making it easy to explore the city.

On the bright side, the heating worked great and the staff was helpful, but trying to upsell us on a Vienna-pass when we didn't need it was a letdown. The location is decent, close to the metro and a supermarket, but not in the main tourist hub. Dining was average with room for improvement, and the facilities were just okay.
